For those of you...

that I don't have your address and you didn't get a Christmas card I decided to post my Christmas letter and pictures we had taken.... I don't really like how they turned out, but it is still my beautiful family and that's what counts!

As 2008 comes to a close we have many great memories... one more year as a family; one more year older and hopefully a bit wiser. We stayed very busy with developing our talents and learning at least one new talent or strength.

In June Will bought his first Harley Davidson motorcycle; needless to say he is overjoyed with his new “toy.” Will has driven dirt bikes but he has never really driven a street motorcycle; so when we started looking for a motorcycle, he began to look for classes to learn all the ins and outs about street riding. Well with the purchase of the motorcycle I convinced the dealership to throw in the class for free because I did not want him to buy a motorcycle without any instruction! He passed the class with flying colors and received his motorcycle license.

Michele started junior high school this year; she is learning all the hard things that come with having six classes and six teachers. She is doing well in school and loves her art class. Michele took an interest in sketching a couple of years ago and now she is an active artist. Michele turned 13 this summer and Dad is officially having a nervous breakdown; not really but just about. She is still taking riding lessons with her horse Flicka, when time permits and while visiting Grandpa Bob in Prescott Valley. She is working hard in Young Women’s and loves to go to church.

Cody is continuing his love for motocross riding; he is learning how to drive his new motorcycle CR-85. Uncle Clint decided he needed a bigger motorcycle and sold his KX-60 to buy this new one; he is doing great. Cody turned 12 in October and learned how to pass the Sacrament; people tell me each week how professional he looks passing. After he received the Priesthood he took it very seriously and tries pretty hard to hold true to it in every way. Cody did receive his Faith in God award this year and we could not be happier.

William is six and in all day kindergarten and loves to play rough on the playground, like he does with his little brothers, but learned the hard way you cannot do that at school. William is a sweet little boy who smiles, winks, and loves to give hugs. He is learning to read right now and is doing a great job!

Rhett is now four and is a wild, silly, and funny little boy; you never know what is going to come out of his mouth. He says little funny one line comments that make you immediately laugh out loud. Rhett learned his alphabet, colors, and how to count to 20.

Corte is now two and into everything; I have to chase him all over. His favorite things to do are cutting up paper, drawing, and riding his little scooter. He is learning how to keep up with his brothers and is almost fully potty trained! He is a funny little boy and has these really cute expressions; he talks all the time and most of the time we can understand him.

When the kids started school I made the decision to finish college. I am currently finishing my associates degree and plan to keep going until I receive at least a Bachelors degree. I am currently on a design team for a local scrapbook store and just recently received a calling as a Primary teacher.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Thanks for the rundown. I'm so glad to say I am such a devoted fan of your blog that I already knew the bulk of what you said! LOL It's so nice to see your kiddos growing up and be like a fly on the wall instead of NEVER talking to you. I'm so thankful for the blogs@!
